In honor of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration I wanted to paint the Magic Kingdom in its winter wonderland glory. As depicted in various firework shows, light shows, and photography the Cinderella castle dressed in Christmas sweater lighting is not too uncommon. It pops up around the holidays only and I just wanted to recreate it in my painting. Many are used to the Cinderella castle’s glistening ice palace look. Both looks are charming and magical. Love the Magic Kingdom.
