Welcome to the first art challenge of 2024! This time our theme is “Face The Music” and we’ll be looking for artists to experiment with, and explore the music industry.
This art challenge is a little looser than the first, and you’re welcome to create any kind of music-related art, from gig posters, vinyl art, t-shirt designs, tickets, animated posters, or simply pay tribute to your favourite band with an illustration of the members.
The only real direction for this art challenge is to pick a relatively small artist/band with under 10 million monthly listeners. Monthly listeners can be viewed on Spotify on the artist’s page:
We want to shine a light on emerging and less popular bands through this project and give people new bands/artists to discover through your art. Who you consider to fit this criteria is up to you.
Where will the art end up?
All of the submissions will be featured on a dedicated web page with full credit and links to PosterSpy profiles. You must be a PosterSpy member to take part in this challenge. Sign up here for free.
