Biography

Jason Kincaid is an illustrator/designer that lives in Columbus Ohio. He received his degree in graphic design and illustration in 2005 from the Columbus College of Art and Design. His illustration work reflects a lot of the old poster illustration style of the 80’s which drew him towards the love of film as a youth. Working mostly in a mixed media combination of pencil, acrylics, and colored pencil he considers himself a crusader in the fight to bring back the illustrated movie poster.

Aside from illustration work Jason is an avid designer. His work can be seen on graphic shirts, product labels, and the web. His biggest client being Dr. Jon’s Handcrafted Soap Co. who he designs all product label and signage for.

Recent clients have included Lucasfilm Limited, Topps, Disney, Poster Posse, Movie Magic Magazine, Wham-O, Dr. Jon’s Shaving Soap co., Navicor, record labels, bands, WitchLab, various private collectors such as Ben Stevens (Owner of Galactic Gallery in Texas), 614 Magazine, etc
