Currently, we have a book in production with Abrams of New York: “Underexposed! The 50 Greatest Movies Never Made” written by Joshua Hull, which will be released in May 2021 after numerous delays due to COVID. This book will be available worldwide from all major book stores.
Our next book, “The Art of Alternative Movie Posters” (working title) aims to bridge the gap between these two projects. We’re looking to expand on our successful collection books by working with artists from around the world and rather than seeking artists in private, we decided to offer spots to our global audience via submission!
We want our new book to be the go to book for finding artists, and hopefully if the project is successful we’d like to release a new book annually. We also want our book to appeal to movie poster fans and artists themselves, so we want to include in depth discussions, WIP shots, office workspaces, never before seen posters, exclusive insight, tips and tricks from individual artists and more.[/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”Finding artists & funding” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:35|text_align:left|color:%23141414″ use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1601647077679{padding-right: -15% !important;}”]Submissions

Funding
We aim to launch this project on Kickstarter to help fund the design, production and fulfillment of our new book, as it will be self published and not released via a traditional publisher. Any extra funding raised from the Kickstarter will be used directly for the development of a new book and to promote and retail this release. There may also be the potential for an exhibition/signing once COVID restrictions are lifted and only if it’s safe to do so.
Artist requirements
No new work will need to be created for this book.
Each artist included in the book will get 1 free copy of the book & an opportunity to order new books at a discounted rate.

Each selected artist will be sent a brief to provide the assets required for the book.
There will be a deadline for deliverables but we can be flexible with certain elements.
