With this poster i tried to make the size of kong evident by having him not quite fit in the frame of the poster, as if he would have to duck to get in the picture.. I also thought i would depict the character of Mason Weaver played by Brie Larson. She goes to the island to bring back the truth about it and risks her life doing so. In an interview she recently described the character as a role model for real life journalists risking their life to report the truth. Kong in this poster represents that big truth.
