King Kong

This was one of those projects that I had shelved ages ago and at the time had a very different idea for the poster. However I couldn’t find a way to make the original idea work, hence why I didn’t finish it. When I sat down to work on another project, I found myself working on this one instead and this idea came out of nowhere. It harks to the iconic imagery of Kong on the Empire State Building but instead of him just batting the planes down, I liked the idea of him reaching out for the girl.

      Thank you! Mine too. Took a long time for me to come up with something that I liked. Now I just wish I hadn’t lost the .PSD to this because there’s a few things that I’d like to tweak/change.
