Continuing on with this series where I design fan art gig posters for musical artists I’ll be going to see this summer. Each one features the unusual instruments the artist is known for playing.

Dweezil Zappa is gearing up for his Rox(Postroph)y Tour this summer. Dweezil is the son of the iconoclastic composer/guitarist/singer/musical genius Frank Zappa who influenced everyone from the Beatles to Steely Dan to Thundercat to Sound Garden to Weird Al Yankovic to Dream Theater to Primus to King Crimson to Steve Vai to Ween to Phish to Oingo Boingo to Mr Bungle to the Oh Sees. Frank pushed the boundaries so others could follow.
