This illustration is my Alternative movie poster about the movie “Blade Runner 2049” starring Ryan Gosling (officer K) & Harrison Ford (Rick Deckard), directed by Denis Villeneuve ( Arrival, prisoners). This is a commissioned illustration used for a cover of a French magazine specialized in cinema. They wanted me to paint the 2 main characters for this cover page and i decided to compose this images as an alternative movie poster. I also worked on the colors, and decided to create a “nightly atmosphere” with a “futuristic city”, neons lights and rainy atmosphere to stick with the identity and mood of the first Blade Runner movie ( the 2nd one should be also infuenced by these landscapes). This Artwork was created with a graphic tablet on adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator.
