Akira WIP 3

More added to the WIP – Pretty close to being finished… Colour layers already separate. Satellite, Dewar chamber, speed lines and bike trails to be added. The plan is then to try and reduce colours, using a translucent black layer instead of multiple shades of the same colour. Final thing, is to create a variant that will probably be black and white, with multiple halftone layers for tonal differences.
