95th Academy Awards Poster Series – Elvis

Next in my Academy Awards series was Elvis – I worked really hard trying to find a solution to make this a poster invocative of Baz’s Elvis versus any other film or even Elvis-himself. To do so, I played with paneling – overlapping symbols from various parts of Elvis’s life similar to Baz’s energetic cuts and comicbook-like paneling he featured in the film.
