Ahead of the 13 January UK cinema release of LIVE BY NIGHT, Warner Bros. Pictures and Poster Spy are inviting artists and designers to create an alternative poster for the film.

Oscar winner Ben Affleck (“Argo”) directed and stars in the dramatic crime thriller “Live by Night.” based on the award-winning best-seller by Dennis Lehane. The film also stars Zoe Saldana, Elle Fanning, Sienna Miller, Brendan Gleeson, Chris Messina and Chris Cooper.

Designers should draw on the film’s heritage with a homage to classic gangster posters, avoiding re-creating key art and existing poster designs – be creative and explore your own style!

Please refrain from using studio, google photos and provider logos in your artwork.

Poster Spy reserves the right to disregard artwork that does not comply with the guidelines.

This contest is open world-wide.

Do not use any photos from google, we are encouraging artistic skill and craftsmanship, be creative and have fun.

Photo use can be accepted if it is used creatively and isn’t simply a photo with text.

• The contest is open from 12:00PM December 21st until midnight (BST) on 16th January
• Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The cash prize will be sent to the winner via bank transfer or PayPal
