Kong and Mason share a moment. Both characters seem to have been caught between a rock and hot place. Curious to see how their characters play out in this new depiction.
Legendary and Poster Spy are inviting you to create an alternative poster for their upcoming movie KONG SKULL ISLAND, one of the biggest movies of the year, and possibly one of the most iconic film characters of all time.
In March 2017, the producers of Godzilla transport audiences to the birthplace of one of the most powerful monster myths of all in KONG: SKULL ISLAND, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures.
When a scientific expedition to an uncharted island awakens titanic forces of nature, a mission of discovery becomes an explosive war between monster and man. Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, Brie Larson, John Goodman and John C. Reilly star in a thrilling and original new adventure that reveals the untold story of how Kong became King.
Directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts, his cinematic vision has reimagined Kong at the largest ever seen on screen with Kong being over one hundred feet tall. The character design brings to life a new Kong with the emotional solitude of being the last of his kind.
When the secretive organization known as Monarch identify this destination as the origin point for mysterious new superspecies, they mount an expedition to discover its secrets.
What they find on Skull Island is an adventure beyond any human experience. An exotic paradise of wonders and terrors, where flora and fauna have fused together into an Eden of otherworldly jungle creatures.
As one group fights to escape and the other declares war on Kong, we discover that the mighty primate is at the center of a battle for dominion over the island, locked into a ‘survival of the fittest’ face-off with the terrifying apex predators responsible for wiping out his kin.
Driven by vengeance, Kong will become nature’s fury, and fight to take his rightful place upon the throne of most powerful beast on the island, revealing the story of how Kong became King.
