CREATIVE BRIEF: Design an alternative poster for Coen Brothers’ HAIL, CAESAR!

Legendary American filmmakers Joel and Ethan Coen return with Hail, Caesar!, an all-star comedy set during the latter years of Hollywood’s Golden Age. To celebrate the film’s March 4th release in UK cinemas, we’re inviting you to create an alternative poster capturing the creativity of the Coens and the aesthetic of the era.

The winner of the competition will receive a Wacom Intuos Pro Medium Tablet plus a Coen Brothers DVD Boxset, with one runner-up winning a Wacom Intuos Pro Small Tablet and Coens Boxset.

There are no restrictions on the design other than the inclusion of the title HAIL, CAESAR! and tagline ‘Lights. Camera. Abduction.’ Please avoid recreating the current poster design or using existing/copyrighted material.

In regards to document dimensions please work at whatever you feel most comfortable, A sizes (A2,A3,A4 etc) are preferable however you may explore different sizes. These will mainly be for web, so whatever works for you.
